Hi, I am Youssouf Ballay

I'm a Pan-African photographer based in Brazzaville, Congo. My love for photography began with my mother, who used a camera for our family photos. I have been a professional photographer for 5 years. Art has always been my dream, and I continue to explore this passion.

My inspirations arise during my travels and from discovering the work of other African photographers like Tosin Junaid, Styve Stratus, Gosette Lubondo and Emmanuel Oyeleke. I visualize images that words cannot express. My goal? To help Africans thrive and showcase our potential to the world while staying true to our roots. I believe in mutual learning and knowledge sharing.
